Welcome to page 7 of our Memory Lane feature where you will find lots more exhibits from
the early days of the marquetry movement and the formation of our Society.

This page features a unique collection of the last remaining examples from those marquetry
themed glass paper weights featured on page 6 of this series which proved rather
popular back in the late "sixties and seventies".

These paper weights are the last five pieces that remained from the initial stock in the
nineteen sixties. They have kept their shine and pleasing appearance wonderfully!
Please do enjoy these paper weights that have not seen the light of day
for nearly all of the last fifty years , thank you :
